I LIVE IN BELGIUM OR GERMANY. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, absolutely! You can place an order if you live in Belgium or Germany.
See below for payment options and shipping costs to Belgium or Germany.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay using iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna Pay Later, or Bancontact.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY STOERE STORE?
After payment, the Stoere Store team will receive your order immediately and prepare it for shipping unless a longer delivery time is indicated for the product.
You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you can! If you live near Joure and prefer to pick up your order, select the "pick up in-store" option in your shopping cart to avoid shipping costs.
Since Stoere Store doesn’t have a physical store, pickups are by appointment only.
To arrange a pickup date/time, leave a note in the shopping cart or email info@stoerestore.nl.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order:
Letterbox mail: €3.95
Parcel mail: €6.95
Belgium: €9.00
Germany: €9.50
France: €14.25
For orders over €100, shipping is free (NL/BE).
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Most items are delivered within 2-3 business days (depending on PostNL’s workload), unless otherwise stated.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code.
For handmade products by Stoere Store, delivery time may be longer depending on production demand.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF IT’S NOT WHAT I EXPECTED?
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If the product isn’t quite what you imagined:
1. Email info@stoerestore.nl with the product you want to return and include your order number.
2. Go to https://www-stoerestore-nl.myparcel.me, enter your Track & Trace code and postal code.
3. Click "Return shipment."
4. Fill in the reason for return and download the return label.
5. Package your order securely and attach the return label visibly. Ensure the packing slip with your details is included in the box.
6. Drop off the package at a PostNL location. You won’t need to pay additional shipping fees at the service point.
You have 14 days to return your order. Returns must arrive undamaged within 14 working days.
Once we receive the return in good condition, we’ll refund your purchase amount.
Custom-made items cannot be returned.
ARE THERE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Additionally, you are accountable for the return shipment.
